Pemain di bawah 18 yang belum lengkap vaksinasi (yg menggunakan status vaksinasi penjaga) perlu membuat RTK self test sebelum kejohanan (paling awal 7 hari sebelum) dan menyerahkan gambar keputusan RTK kepada urusetia melalui whatsapp atau link yang akan diberikan di dalam group whatsapp/telegram pemain. Kit RTK hendaklah dilabelkan dengan nama pemain. Anda boleh mendapatkan kit RTK dengan harga RM6.90-RM9.90 di kebanyakan farmasi atau di Mydin.
